Lesson + Practice

Lesson with Stella: we went through:

1. WTC I Prelude in c: separate left and right hands
2. Schubert Serenade: separate left and right hands to figure out fingering. Note: when playing triplet, sit down on the first note and hold it a little bit longer; that will improve to overall timing. Note2: when figuring out fingering, pay attention to the direction of a musical line, and that will help to determine the first finger.

Practice: I did little practice

1. I repeated my standard repertoire:)
2. I went through Schubert waltz; I don't remember the number. I did this piece couple of months ago, and I was surprised how easily it came back. Tomorrow I will try to memorize it.
